Objective:

As an Office Assistant at i-Systems, your primary responsibility is to support the Group Quality Manager in various administrative, HR, finance, and personnel tasks. You will ensure the smooth running of office operations, maintain efficient processes, and uphold compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

– Familiarity with ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 45001, and ISO14001 standards is a plus.
